Acecook Vietnam is a Vietnamese instant noodle maker and a subsidiary of the Japanese company Acecook. From Acecook Vietnam we stock Hello Pho Wok instant rice noodle bowls in beef, chicken, vegetable and garlic and onion flavours.
The Japanese company Acecook started in 1948 as a bakery in Osaka and has made instant noodles since 1959. In 1993 it set up a joint venture in Vietnam, which has been called Acecook Vietnam since 2008. It now has 14 factories in Vietnam, holds around 40% of the domestic instant noodle market and exports to more than 40 countries. At home it is best known for Hảo Hảo noodles, launched in 2000.
What we stock
Hello Pho Wok are instant rice noodles in a bowl for a quick Vietnamese meal. We sell the beef, chicken, vegetable and garlic and onion versions. They are prepared by pouring hot water over them and mixing in the enclosed seasoning as directed on the pack.
Top the noodles with fresh herbs – coriander, Thai basil or spring onion –, mung bean sprouts, a wedge of lime or slices of chilli. They also make a quick base to which you can add leftover roast meat or stir-fried vegetables.
