About the brand
Equa was founded in Ljubljana in 2010 by Anže Miklavec and Stella Korošec. From the start it has been built on a simple idea: instead of bottled water in plastic, carry your own bottle and refill it. The bottles are designed in Slovenia and made in Europe.
What you will find from Equa
- Active glass bottles (550 ml) made of borosilicate glass with a silicone sleeve and a non-slip base, in Berry, Lemon or Tangerine.
- Mismatch bottles (750 ml) and limited editions CMYK, Flowerhead or with illustrations by Slovenian artist Alja Horvat.
- Stainless steel bottle Classy.
- Replacement silicone sleeves for Active bottles — top and bottom parts in several colours, so you can change the colour of the bottle or replace a worn part.
- Silicone wristbands in several colours.
What it is good for
According to the manufacturer, borosilicate glass withstands temperatures from −10 to 90 °C, so the bottle suits cold water as well as warm tea. The lid is made of stainless steel and Tritan with a silicone seal.
