About the brand

Flying Goose was founded in Thailand in 1999 by two siblings and today belongs to the Thai company Exotic Food. The sauces are made in Thailand to a recipe from the coastal town of Si Racha in Chonburi province, where the hot sriracha sauce was first made in 1932. The brand's range includes more than 40 sauces and condiments, and some flavours are also made without MSG.

What you will find from Flying Goose

• Sriracha sauces — original, extra hot, Blackout, garlic, onion, ginger, with lemongrass or galangal, Smokey, Black Pepper, Wasabi, Kimchi, Tom Yum and green chilli.
• Sriracha mayonnaises — hot and with sweet chilli.
• Other sauces and pastes — Sweet Chilli Gold, hoisin, black pepper sauce and sambal oelek with garlic.
• Rice noodles 3 and 5 mm wide.

What it is good for

Sriracha is an all-purpose hot sauce for noodles, rice, pho and ramen, eggs, burgers and pizza. Sweet chilli goes with spring rolls and chicken, hoisin with roast duck and in stir-fries, and sambal oelek adds heat to sauces and marinades.
