Korean Food Style is the own brand of Korean food from the French importer T&T Foods. From Korean Food Style we stock pre-cooked ramen noodles with soy and caramel sauce in 170 g packs.
The brand was created in 2017 by the French Asian food importer T&T Foods from Alsace, founded in 2002, which supplies both shops and restaurants. Under Korean Food Style it sells Korean products made in South Korea; in France you will find them in chains such as Auchan and Magasins U.
What we stock
Ramen with soy and caramel (170 g) are pre-cooked fresh wheat noodles – neither fried nor dried – with a sachet of sweet and savoury sauce. You can make them in a pan or as a soup.
In a pan, stir-fry the noodles for about 30 seconds in one or two tablespoons of oil, add two tablespoons of water and the sauce and stir for 2 minutes. For soup, bring 180 ml of water to the boil, add the noodles, simmer gently for a minute, add the sauce and stir for another 2 minutes. They go well with egg, spring onion, sesame seeds or stir-fried vegetables.
