A French family company from Lot-et-Garonne that has been cooking jams in copper pans since 1982. We stock fruit jams, terrines, foie gras, onion and shallot confits and sweet spreads.
About the brand
Lucien Georgelin was a farmer from Lot-et-Garonne in south-west France. In the early 1980s he began cooking jam from his own fruit harvest in two pans and selling it at markets and in local shops. This grew into a family company that now makes sweet and savoury specialities in its workshops in Virazeil and, by its own account, is the second largest jam maker in France. The fruit is still cooked in copper pans, without preservatives, colourings or artificial flavourings.

How to serve them
Terrines and foie gras are served chilled with fresh or toasted bread. The onion and shallot confits go with them just as well as with cheese or grilled meat, and the figs and cherries pair with goat's and blue cheeses.
