O's Bubble is a Taiwanese brand of instant bubble tea. From O's Bubble we stock four-serving kits with tapioca pearls and syrup – brown sugar, black tea, coffee, matcha and taro –, a party kit and strawberry green tea with mango.
O's Bubble products are made in Taiwan and brought to the world market by Orbitel International, a Los Angeles-based company founded in 2000. The brand focuses on bubble tea you can make at home without cooking pearls: besides frozen and shelf-stable kits it also makes canned drinks and, according to its own figures, is sold in more than 30 countries. The Marbling kits, which include the party kit, received three stars in the 2023 iTQi Superior Taste Award.
How to make it
A four-serving pack contains sachets of syrup, tapioca pearls and paper straws. Just heat the pearls in the microwave for about 15 seconds, put them in a glass with the syrup and top up as directed on the pack – usually with cold milk or a plant-based drink, with ice if you like.
Choose from brown sugar, black tea, coffee, matcha and taro flavours. The party kit makes six servings and is ideal for celebrations; strawberry green tea with mango is a fruity option for three servings.
