Product description
Sriracha is a hot chilli sauce that originates from the Thai port city of Si Racha in the east of the country. The version from the Flying Goose brand contains a higher proportion of garlic, so alongside the heat of the chilli it delivers a pronounced garlic flavour.
The sauce is traditionally served with seafood in Thailand and today is one of the common Asian sauces. It works well as a dip and as a condiment on the table. You can use it, for example:
- as a dipping sauce for meat, fish and seafood
- with stir-fried noodles and rice
- in marinades, dressings and sauces
- on eggs, soups or sandwiches
