Flying Goose Sriracha ze zeleného chilli is a hot sauce from Thailand. Unlike the classic red sriracha, it is made from green chilli, which makes up more than half of its content, and it is complemented by garlic. The flavour is spicy, with a sweetish and slightly sour undertone.
The sauce has a smooth, slightly thicker consistency, so it clings well to food. You can use it similarly to other sriracha sauces: to season noodle soups, fried rice and noodles, eggs, grilled meat or vegetables. It is also suitable for marinades and dips, for example mixed with mayonnaise or yoghurt.
