Product description

Samyang Buldak Carbonara is a spicy Korean sauce that brings the flavour of the popular Buldak noodles into your kitchen. It combines chilli with the taste of carbonara, so it is hot yet creamy and slightly sweet. It comes from the South Korean company Samyang Foods, which launched the first Korean instant ramen in 1963.

How to use it

The sauce goes well with anything where you want to add heat and bold flavour to a dish:

with cooked noodles or in stir-fries
on burgers and with meat
in soups
as a dip

Start with a small amount and add more to taste, as it is spicy. It contains soy and wheat and may contain traces of other allergens (see ingredients). Keep refrigerated after opening.
