Flying Goose Sriracha mayonnaise is a creamy Thai sauce that combines the smooth texture of mayonnaise with the heat of sriracha chilli sauce. The flavour is spicy, slightly sweet, and has a distinct chilli and garlic note. On the label it is listed as Thai chilli mayonnaise.
It goes well anywhere you want to liven up ordinary mayonnaise:
- as a dip for fries, nuggets, tempura or spring rolls
- in sandwiches, burgers, wraps and sushi rolls
- as a dressing for bowls, salads or roasted vegetables
- with rice, noodles and grilled meat
The product is labelled vegan and gluten-free. Warning: contains soybean oil and mustard seed, may contain traces of nuts. Store in a dry place; after opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 8 weeks.
