Product description
Pho Ga is a Vietnamese soup with chicken broth and flat rice noodles. Traditionally, it is made from a broth flavored with ginger and spices and served with fresh herbs and lime. The instant version from the Thai brand MAMA lets you get a taste of it without cooking.
In the bowl you will find rice noodles and several sachets of seasoning and oil. The seasoning gives the soup a chicken flavour with subtle hints of ginger, star anise and cinnamon. The noodles are soft and neutral, so you can season the soup to your taste.
Preparation
- Open the lid halfway and pour the contents of the sachets into a bowl.
- Pour over boiling water, cover, and let stand for 4 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
It is suitable as a quick lunch or a light dinner. You can adjust the flavour with lime, fresh coriander, chilli or cooked chicken.
The product contains wheat, soya, barley and fish (anchovies).
