Product description
Shin Ramyun Red is a spicier version of the well-known Korean instant soup from the Nongshim brand. Wheat noodles are cooked in a broth made from a seasoning powder with black pepper, chilli and garlic. The package also includes flakes of pak choi, shiitake, carrot, onion and chilli pepper. The result is a bold, sharp soup. It is ideal for a quick meal when you're in the mood for something really spicy.
Preparation
- Bring 550 ml of water to a boil.
- Add the noodles, seasoning powder and flakes.
- Cook for 4.5 minutes, stir and serve.
The soup can be adjusted to taste, for example with egg, tofu, vegetables or kimchi. Contains wheat and soy, may contain traces of other allergens. Made in South Korea, store in a cool, dry place.
