Product description
MAMA Carbonara is an instant wheat noodle product with a carbonara flavour from the Thai brand MAMA, which has been producing instant noodles since 1973. The flavour is creamy and savoury and is based on the idea of an Italian dish; however, it is not classic pasta but Asian instant noodles.
The preparation is simple and takes about five minutes:
- add the noodles to 400 ml of boiling water,
- cook for 4 minutes,
- drain the water, leaving only 4 tablespoons,
- add the ingredients from the packet and stir.
Thanks to its almost dry preparation, it resembles noodles with sauce more than soup. It is suitable as a quick lunch or snack, and you can supplement it with an egg, vegetables, or a piece of meat. The product contains wheat, milk, soy, and egg, and may contain traces of other allergens. Store in a cool, dry place.
