Product description
Nongshim Kimchi Stir-fry is a Korean instant version of ramyun without broth. The noodles are cooked, drained and mixed with a seasoning paste with a kimchi flavour. The taste is spicy, slightly sweet and sour from fermentation, with a pronounced umami.
Preparation is quick: put the noodles and the packet of dried ingredients into 500 ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain the water and add the seasoning paste. Mix it well so that the noodles are coated.
The finished noodles can be eaten on their own, or topped with an egg, vegetables, cheese or a piece of meat. They are suitable for a quick lunch or dinner.
