Product description
Nongshim Toomba is part of the Shin Ramyun line and combines its well-known spiciness with a creamy, flavourful sauce. Unlike classic ramen, it is not served in broth: the noodles are drained after cooking and coated in a spicy paste and powder, creating a thick sauce that resembles a pasta dish rather than a soup.
The noodles are firmer and chewy, and the sauce is creamy and spicy, with the flavour of garlic and shiitake mushrooms. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and is perfect for a quick lunch, dinner or snack.
Preparation
- Boil the noodles for 3 minutes in 500 ml of boiling water.
- Drain the water.
- Add the contents of both sachets (the powder and the paste).
- Mix well and serve immediately.
The product contains wheat, soy, almonds, oats and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place.
