Product description
Ottogi Jin Ramen Vegetable is an instant noodle soup from South Korea. It has a milder, vegetable flavour without strong spiciness, which even those who don't seek out spicy dishes will appreciate. In the packet you'll find wheat noodles, seasoning powder and dried vegetables: cabbage, bok choy, mushrooms, carrot, spring onion and red pepper.
Preparation is quick and anyone can manage it. Add the vegetables to 500 ml of water and bring to the boil, then add the noodles with the seasoning and cook for 3 minutes. Stir the soup before serving.
How to Use It
- as a quick lunch or light dinner
- a base for your own ramen, for example with egg, tofu or fresh vegetables
- as a side dish to other Korean dishes
The product contains wheat, soy and sesame. Store in a dry place.
