Product description
Ottogi Jin Ramen Hot is a spicy version of the popular Korean instant noodles from the South Korean manufacturer Ottogi. The wheat noodles are prepared directly in a large bowl, so you don't need any pot. They are ideal for a quick lunch, an office snack, or on the go.
The package contains wavy noodles, spice powder with a spicy flavour, and a separate sachet of dried vegetables. It contains green onion, carrot, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and red pepper. The resulting soup is distinctly spicy and filling. If you want more heat or substance, you can add an egg, kimchi or fresh vegetables.
Preparation
- Put the vegetables and soup powder into a bowl.
- Pour boiling water up to the marked line.
- Cover with a lid and let it steep for the time stated on the packaging.
- Stir and serve.
