Samyang Buldak Cheese is a Korean instant noodle in a practical cup. It combines the spiciness of the Buldak line (translated as "fire chicken") with a creamy cheese flavour that softens the heat. It is not a soup: after cooking, the noodles are drained and mixed with the sauce.
The pack includes sachets of sauce and topping. The topping consists of sesame and nori seaweed, among other things, so the dish also gets a subtly nutty and marine note. The noodles are suitable as a quick lunch or snack when you want something bold without cooking.
Preparation
- Pour boiling water over the noodles and let them stand covered for 4 minutes.
- Drain the water.
- Add the contents of the sachets and stir thoroughly.
Warning: the product contains gluten, soy, milk and sesame. It is labelled as halal and is spicy.
