Product description
Mori-Nu soft tofu is silken soy tofu with a smooth, delicate and fragile texture. It is made from soy milk and set so that it stays tender and crumbles easily. On its own it tastes very mild, so it readily absorbs the flavours of sauces, spices and other ingredients.
It works everywhere it doesn't need to hold a firm shape:
- in soups, for example miso or Korean stew-style soups,
- in creamy sauces, dips and pastes,
- in smoothies and desserts, where it adds a smooth texture,
- in plant-based recipes instead of eggs or cream
Tofu comes in long-life packaging, which can be stored in a dry, cool place. After opening, keep it in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. It is suitable for vegans.
