Farmer Rice Noodles are 10 mm wide and made in Thailand from rice flour and water. They are cut and about 20 cm long. This makes them easy to stir-fry in a pan while also being comfortable to eat.
Wide noodles are well suited to traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Their flat shape holds sauce well and stays pleasantly tender when stir-fried in a wok. One package will make roughly 8 servings.
