Farmer rice noodles are thin noodles, 1 mm wide, made in Thailand from rice flour and water. They are cut and about 20 cm long, so they are easy to eat and mix both on a plate and in a bowl of soup.
It is suitable for traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes. For example, it can be used for:
- for pho-style soups
- for Pad Thai and other stir-fried noodles
- in salads and cold noodle bowls
- as a side with wok-fried meat and vegetables
A 400 g package is enough for roughly 8 servings. Rice noodles do not contain wheat flour, so they are a suitable choice for those who avoid it. The preparation method can be found on the packaging.
