Product description
Somen noodles from the South Korean brand Ottogi are thin dried noodles made from wheat flour. Once cooked, they are delicate and ready quickly, which makes them suitable for everyday cooking and for larger households or businesses that will make use of the 3 kg package.
Noodles have a neutral taste, so they readily absorb the flavour of the broth or sauce. In Korean cuisine they are served, for example:
- in a hot soup with broth and vegetables,
- cold after rinsing with water, with iced broth or a spicy sauce,
- as a side dish or as part of stir-fried and fried dishes.
Cook the noodles briefly in boiling water according to the package instructions, drain and rinse. For cold dishes, also cool them in cold water. Store in a dry place. They contain wheat (gluten).
