Product description
Udon are thick, smooth, softly chewy wheat flour noodles, typical of Japanese cuisine. These Inaka brand noodles are undried, so they do not need to be cooked for a long time. They are made in South Korea. They are suitable for broths, for stir-frying, and for home-made noodle bowls.
The flavor of udon is mild, neutral, and readily takes on the taste of the sauce or broth. The noodles contain wheat (gluten).
How to Prepare Noodles
- For soup: put the noodles into 0.5 l of boiling water and cook for at least one minute. Then add the other ingredients and season to taste.
- For frying: heat a spoonful of oil in a pan, sear the meat or vegetables with spices, add the noodles and stir.
Store the package in a dry place.
