Product description
Wormup pizza-flavoured worms are dried larvae of the mealworm beetle (mealworms), sold as a crunchy savoury snack. The flavour comes from spices typical of pizza: it contains oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, onion and paprika.
Mealworms can be eaten straight from the bag, just like crisps or nuts. They can also be crumbled into a salad, sprinkled over pizza, pasta or a spread, or added to beer or eaten while watching a film. The small 20 g pack is a good choice for trying them out if you are eating edible insects for the first time.
Wormup is a Czech family brand and the product is made in the Czech Republic.
