Ginger syrup is intended for anyone who enjoys the distinctive, slightly spicy flavour of ginger. According to the supplier, it contains at least 50% ginger, so the taste remains rich even after dilution.
How to Use Syrup
The recommended dilution is 1:8, that is, one part syrup to eight parts water. You can adjust the ratio according to how strong a flavour you like.
- in summer, top it up with ice-cold water, sparkling water or tonic and add a slice of lemon or mint leaves
- in winter, make a hot drink from it with hot water or tea
- you can use it to flavour homemade lemonade, a cocktail or a non-alcoholic mixed drink
- in the kitchen it is good for seasoning desserts or as a ginger note in yogurt or ice cream
The syrup is sold in a 0.5 l bottle. After opening, store it according to the instructions on the packaging.
