Sea buckthorn syrup with rosemary combines the slightly sour, fresh taste of sea buckthorn with the aromatic scent of rosemary. It creates an interesting combination of fruity and herbal flavours. Sea buckthorn makes up at least 50 % of the syrup, so its character is easy to recognise.
The syrup is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:8, that is, one part syrup to eight parts water. You can adjust the ratio to taste. A 0.5 l bottle is enough for a number of glasses.
How to Use the Syrup
- into cold water or soda water as a refreshing lemonade
- into a hot drink or tea in the cold months
- as a base for non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails
- to flavour homemade desserts, yoghurt or ice cream
