Lavender syrup has a delicate floral aroma and flavour. It is made from herbal extract, which makes up 55% of the syrup, water, and true lavender (lavandula angustifolia). It is suitable for summer refreshment as well as for winter evenings.
How to Use It
The recommended dilution is 1:8, that is one part syrup to eight parts water. You can adjust the ratio according to taste.
- lemonade or an iced drink with lemon and ice cubes
- hot tea or another warm drink
- topping for yogurt, ice cream or desserts
- flavouring for homemade baked goods, for example creams or icings
The syrup is also suitable for a relaxing evening, when you want something pleasantly fragrant.
