Grapefruit syrup is a concentrate intended for dilution with water. According to the supplier, it contains at least half grapefruit, and the ratio of bitterness to sweetness is set so that the flavour remains distinctly citrusy but pleasantly refreshing.
You can use it to make a homemade lemonade, whether with still or sparkling water. The recommended dilution is 1:8, that is, roughly 1 part syrup to 8 parts water. You can adjust the amount according to how sweet and intense a drink you like.

- flavouring for soda water or sparkling water
After opening, store the syrup according to the instructions on the label.
