Pumpkin Spice Syrup from the Czech brand Osvěžo is an autumnal syrup that combines pumpkin with classic spices. You'll taste ginger, cinnamon and allspice in it. The syrup is made in small batches in České Budějovice.
It is mainly suited to making homemade pumpkin spice latte: just add it to coffee with milk. It also works well in other hot drinks. With ice and sparkling water, it becomes a refreshing lemonade that works beyond autumn too.
How to use the syrup:
- the recommended dilution is 1:8, i.e. one part syrup to eight parts water
- add to coffee and hot drinks according to taste
- for lemonade, mix it with sparkling water and ice
- the syrup can also be used in cocktails
