Paldo Volcano Chicken is a Korean instant noodle with chicken flavour. It belongs to the extra spicy varieties. The noodles are coated in a thick red sauce that is intensely hot and complemented by a slightly sweet, spiced base. They are ready in just a few minutes.
After cooking, the noodles are drained and mixed with the sauce. That is why they are not served like a classic soup with broth, but as stir-fried noodles. The sesame seeds and seaweed flakes in the package add more flavour and texture to the dish. The product is labelled as halal.
Preparation
- Cook the noodles in 600 ml of boiling water for about 3.5 minutes.
- Pour off the water and leave about 7 tablespoons.
- Add the sauce and mix everything together.
- The spiciness can be reduced by using less sauce or by adding an egg, cheese or vegetables.
The product contains wheat, soy, sesame and mustard. Store in a dry place.
